 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing FeneLuis! As a conscious streetwear brand, every item you order is custom-made (Print-on-Demand) specifically for you. This unique process affects our shipping timeline.

1. PRODUCTION TIME (Making Your Item)

Since your item is printed and customized after you place your order, we need time to manufacture and prepare it for shipment.

* **Standard Production Time:** Generally takes 3-7 business days.
* **Order Tracking:** Once production is complete and your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. SHIPPING TIME (Transit Time)

This is the time it takes for the courier to deliver the package after it leaves the production facility.

* **USA:** 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping)
* **Europe:** 7-14 business days
* **International:** 10-20 business days

**NOTE:** Production time and shipping time are separate. For example, a US order may take 3-7 days to produce + 3-5 days to ship = 6-12 business days total.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed automatically at the checkout page based on your location and order size.

4. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate before submitting your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it (stolen), you must contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL) to file a claim. FeneLuis is not responsible for packages that are confirmed adelivered to the address you provided. We will, however, assist you in filing the claim to the best of our ability.
