FeneLuis is an "Archaeological Fashion Institute" born as a challenge to the velocity of popular culture and uncontrolled consumption. For us, every design is a record, every collection is an excavation site, and every product is data frozen in time. We do not design fashion; we design "Raw Reality."

Life and design consist of an eternal cycle between two main axes:

  • Spring - Summer: "From Streets to Stones"
    The journey begins with the dynamic, ephemeral, and noisy energy of the Streets and reaches the Stones—nature’s purest and most permanent archive. Forms evolve from long sleeves to short, eventually transforming into swimwear and bikinis—the purest state where the body meets the stone. This is the stage of purification and immortality.
  • Autumn - Winter: "From Stones to Streets"
    We take the silent wisdom of nature and stone and transform it into armor against the harshness of the city. Forms evolve from light to heavy, layering with the spirit of the Street Runway to return to the asphalt. This is the stage where the archive merges back into life.

OUR COMMITMENT: QUALITY & CUSTOM PRODUCTION

All items in our shop are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). This means that when you place an order, the garment is produced specifically for you.

Because of this personalized process, we have clear guidelines for returns and exchanges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

✅ ACCEPTED REASONS (FREE REPLACEMENT)
We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund in the rare event of the following issues, as they are production errors:
- Defective Product: The item arrives damaged, torn, or with a visible quality issue.
- Print Error: The design is incorrectly printed, peeling, or placed inaccurately.
- Wrong Item Sent: You received a different size, color, or item than what you ordered.
- Lost in Transit: The package tracking shows the item was lost during shipping.

Action Required: If you receive a flawed item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at feneluisfashion@gmail.com with clear photos of the defect. We will immediately arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

❌ NON-ACCEPTED REASONS (NO RETURN/EXCHANGE)
We cannot process refunds or exchanges for the following reasons, as they are not production errors:
- Buyer’s Remorse: You simply change your mind or no longer want the item.
- Incorrect Size Ordered: You ordered the wrong size. Please double-check the size chart provided in the listing photos before purchasing.
- Incorrect Address: The order was shipped to the address you provided, but you entered it incorrectly.

SIZING & PURCHASE NOTES
- Check Your Size: A detailed size chart with specific measurements is available for every item. Please compare these measurements with a garment you already own to ensure the best fit.
- Cancellations: Orders move into production quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed. Returns & Exchanges: Our Agreement

In alignment with our stand against fast consumption, we encourage mindful selection. However, we maintain a fair policy for the artifacts crafted in our studio:

Atelier Pieces (Gallery Unbound & Re-Archive): We accept returns for these hand-assembled fragments provided they are returned in their original, unaltered condition. To preserve the integrity of the archive, any piece that has been modified, damaged, or compromised in its form cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.
